SGS is a mission-driven think tank founded in 2019, bringing together a diverse range of Japanese high-level figures including representatives of world of politics, public institutions, corporate leaders and academics. All of them already play an active and clear role within their organizations in promoting global change and solutions for tomorrow’s safe, accessible, affordable and sustainable food led by Sustainable Gastronomy in Society’s concept.
